宣傳視頻的嚴正聲明

致相關(guān)方及社會公眾：

近日，我司（濟寧駿達機械制造有限公司）發(fā)現(xiàn)部分單位及個人未經(jīng)授權(quán)，盜用、篡改我司原創(chuàng)產(chǎn)品圖片、宣傳視頻等素材用于商業(yè)宣傳、網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播等用途。此類行為已嚴重侵犯我司知識產(chǎn)權(quán)及合法權(quán)益，并對公眾造成誤導(dǎo)。為維護我司及社會公眾的合法權(quán)益，現(xiàn)鄭重聲明如下：

一、版權(quán)聲明

我司所有產(chǎn)品圖片、宣傳視頻、設(shè)計素材（含平面、動態(tài)、3D等內(nèi)容）均為我司獨立創(chuàng)作或合法獲取，我司依法享有著作權(quán)、商標權(quán)等權(quán)利，未經(jīng)我司書面授權(quán)，禁止任何單位及個人使用、復(fù)制、修改或傳播。

二、侵權(quán)界定

包括但不限于以下行為：

1.盜用我司上述素材進行虛假宣傳；

2.擅自在電商平臺、社交媒體以及線下等渠道使用上述素材；

3.未經(jīng)我司許可對素材進行剪輯、二次加工等行為。

三、法律追責(zé)

我司已完成侵權(quán)行為證據(jù)的固定，請各侵權(quán)主體立即停止侵權(quán)，否則，我司將采取包括但不限于投訴、訴訟等行政或司法手段維護自身合法權(quán)益。

請侵權(quán)方立即停止侵權(quán)并刪除全部內(nèi)容！

Official Statement on Unauthorized Use of Our Company's Product Images and Promotional Videos

To whom it may concern:

We (Jining Junda Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) noticed that some entities and individuals have used and tampered with our company's original product images, promotional videos and other materials for commercial promotion, network dissemination and other purposes without authorization. Such behavior has seriously infringed our company's intellectual property rights and legitimate rights and interests, and misled the public. To safeguard the legal rights of both the Company and the general public, we hereby issue this formal declaration:

I. Copyright Statement

All our product images, promotional videos, and design materials (including but not limited to static, dynamic, and 3D formats) are independently created or lawfully acquired by our company. The company retains exclusive copyright, trademark rights and other rights in accordance with the law. No entity or individual may reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use these materials without the Company’s express written authorization.

II. Definition of infringement

Including but not limited to the following behaviors:

1. Utilizing the company’s materials for false or misleading advertising;

2. Unauthorized publication or display of such materials on e-commerce platforms, social media, or offline channels;

3. Unlawful editing, reprocessing, or derivative use of the materials without permission.

III. Legal accountability

We have already secured and preserved evidence of the aforementioned infringements. We demand that all infringing parties cease and desist immediately. Otherwise, we will take administrative or judicial measures including but not limited to complaints and lawsuits to protect our legitimate rights and interests.

Immediate action is required: Remove all infringing content without delay!
